THIS IS MY "OMFG IT'S A BOMB A SCARY EFFED UP MOVIE" ICON.
So, like, in the spirit of Halloween a few friends decided to watch a couple of horror movies. Y'know, for fun. And after Ju-on, and Amityville Horror, and definitely not Ringu because I wouldn't go near that movie ever ever ever, we watched "The Descent" because it looked like a decent, gory, suspense thriller.
as;lkdfajskld;fjklsad;fjksla; WTF. THIS MOVIE WAS THE MOST EFFED UP THING EVER. I DON'T EVEN KNOW. ONE MINUTE IT'S A BORING, CAVE EXPEDITION NEXT IT'S BLOOD, GORE, MONSTERS, KICK-ASS FEMALES AND MURDER. So, aha, if you're looking for something to keep you up at night yeah, live through the boring first hour of the movie 'cause the last hour is terrifying and sort of awesome. a;sl.

God, what an anti-climatic comeback. Once again, my duty as an LJ-er has failed, mostly due to the realization that University is actually pretty hard. 67 on an essay guys, 67. I've never gotten that bad a mark in my life. I gotta step it up! (Which, aha, I suppose avoiding doing my work once again isn't helping my situation much eh?).
In other news:
I missed the 30Rock premiere which really sucks. Especially since Hulu doesn't work in Canada. :/ Maybe Global will have the episode or something.
Also, Super Junior is um, actually pretty cute. And the music is actually pretty good. And and. I like the dance sequences okay? ;alsk. Gah, who else likes kpop, I need pointers.
Watched the Dr. Horrible Sing-A-Long Blog and it was pretty good, although I don't get the extreme hype over it? It was entertaining but not as spectacular as some people have been telling me.

So, guys, obviously I'm like 10 years old inside and for the past few days I've been doing nothing but reading Batman comics. Like, really nothing. ALTHOUGH, KAT-TUN'S ODD ATTEMPTS AT SINGING THE THEME SONG MAKES ME FEEL BETTER AND SLIGHTLY LESS NERDY.

So, finding myself in need of a new drama to watch I decided to download episode one of Hotaru no Hikari since I've seen a lot of other people rec it. Well, I don't know if it get's any better later on, but episode one was downright awful in my opinion. I mean, it had some potential for hilarity but the whole "I'm not a woman because I stay at home all the time" made me really mad. :/ I don't know about you guys, but I don't think that being a hermit means you have to relinquish your gender.
However, I did start watching Dragon Zakura because of it and holy hell Abe Hiroshi is one hot piece of man meat. *_* And, maybe this is a sign of me being a horrible fan, but I was super shocked when five minutes in I see Yamapi being beat up by a gang of thugs. HORRIBLYBLOND!YAMAPI AT THAT. WHAT.♥

So, um. I've been slightly obsessed with Katekyoushi Hitman Reborn! lately. I just, I feel like I should feel slightly shallow for it, but I find it extremely hilarious and the plot's properly planned and the latest arc is so dark and ripe full of twists and turns and really just a;lk. all the characters are all sorts of awesome and often times EXTREME, not to mention very very slashable. *_*
BUT REALLY, AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THE DAILY LIFE ARC THOUGH? I MEAN, REALLY?

So, I haven't been on in awhile, mostly because of schoolwork. Also because I've slowly been losing interest in JE (and gaining interest in manga and dramas again. these things tend to come in cycles, i'll probably be interested again once october rolls around). a;kl But, I've felt the need to return to fandom so HELLO GUYS. :D

i) Last week I watched Tatta Hitotsu no Koi and IT WAS ACTUALLY REALLY REALLY GOOD. a;k. Really, and as corny as the ending was it made me irreversibly happy. ;D
ii) ON THAT NOTE, Any drama reccomendations? I've been eyeing Gokusen since well, I've never watched it and I sort of wanted to watch Gokusen 2
iii) I've decided to reveal that Leader is actually my hero now. I mean, I've noticed that whenever I'm faced with a difficult decision lately I tend to go "What would Leader do?" and then I promptly strip naked.
Seriously. He hid in dishwashers playing hide and go seek. a;lkdajskld;fjds. IS THIS NOT AMAZING?

My brother who, I'm sure I've said, is a complete replica of Junno, came up to me yesterday and expressed his wishes to take up tap dancing.
Let me repeat, my brother whom bears this extraordinary resemblance towards many of Junno's traits, wants to take up tap dance of all the possible things in the world.
I. I think this is a sign of something, I'm not sure what. Maybe that the universe is awesome. ;ak my brother, junno-reincarnated, wants to tap dance. life works in mysterious ways.
